South Florida Hitmen Crown CHAMPIONS at Perfect Game Super 25 Tournament with a 5-1 victory over Team Siege.
South Florida Hitmen's three first-inning runs built an early lead that helped bring home a 5-1 win over Team Siege on Sunday at the Perfect Game "Super 25" tourney in Naples FL.
South Florida Hitmen scored in the first on a two-run single by Blake Kendall and a groundout by Jacoby Long.
Chandler Marsh baffled Team Siege, striking out six batters. Chandler allowed no earned runs on four hits and one walk over six innings.
South Florida Hitmen quickly matched Siege's strong inning with a two-run inning of its own in the fourth. South Florida Hitmen scored Chandler Marsh on an RBI single by Matthew Horton and on a Siege error. The South Florida Hitmen qualify for the "Nation Championship" in Nashville, TN this July.

South Florida HITMEN 11U crown CHAMPIONS in the Florida Premier 12U Baseball League, Pembroke Pines, FL
As an 11U team playing up for the 3rd year in a row, the South Florida Hitmen once again found themselves in the Championship game this past Saturday in Pembroke pines, FL. Having been to the dance before, the young Hitmen have only been able to secure the runner up position...that is until now! The South Florida Hitmen are now Champions for the first time in 3 years. As the 8th seed coming into the playoffs, the Hitmen did not have an easy road into the finals. Having to knock-off the 1 seed, Cooper City Cowboys in the quarter finals late Tuesday night 5-1. Saturday's games were a slug-fest, for the Hitmen, having to retake the lead in both games. The Championship game, against the Coral Springs Seadogs ran nearly 2 1/2 hours long...and after a very hot and exhausting day on the dirt, the Hitmen pulled out the victory 12-11 in 6 innings of play. Congratulations to the 11U South Florida Hitmen for another great victory and for proving that determination and heart have no age limit. GO HITMEN!!

The PG Super25 11U Florida State Regional will be held in Ft. Myers, FL, May 30-Jun 2, 2014. Teams that win a regional will advance to the PG Super25 11u National Championship in Nashville TN July 9th-13th. Teams who do not advance to the PG Super25 11u National Championship are eligible to play in any of the 11u Super Regionals June 12th-15th in Mt. Pleasant SC.

South Florida Hitmen 11U played up this weekend, in the 12U Year End Season Bash Tournament in Plantation, Fl and came home victorious. With a 4-1 weekend record, the South Florida Hitmen dominate at the plate with an outstanding 44 hits throughout the 2 days of play...and scored an outstanding 46 runs. The South Florida Hitmen thanks the Plantation Stars organization for the outstanding tournament & weekend!

South Florida Hitmen are a perfect 4-0 and crowned CHAMPIONS in the USSSA Super 4 Challenge as their offense proves to be too much for the Margate Pirates in 9-0 rout
South Florida Hitmen shut the door early on the Pirates, capturing a 9-0 victory on Sunday at Bucky Dent/Delray Beach, FL.
The game was decided quickly as South Florida Hitmen exerted its will early with six runs in the first three innings.
A passed ball and a two-run home run by Cameron during the first inning supplied the early offense for South Florida Hitmen.
Malachi went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for South Florida Hitmen. He singled in the first, third, and fifth innings.
Chandler looked sharp on the mound. The Pirates managed just two hits off of Chandler, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three during his four innings of work.

The inning looked promising, as Jackson Hugus singled, plating Malachi to kick things off. That was followed up by Jacoby Long's single, scoring Cameron.

The SOUTH FLORIDA HITMEN look to represent Palm Beach County at the First Annual USSSA Super 4 Challenge The event is restricted to just 4 teams in their class and each one of these teams will represent the County that the team resides. The event will be a 4-game Guaranteed with all teams playing against each other with the top two teams after pool play playing for the Championship. The event will be held Dec 7th & 8th 2013, at Miller Park in Delray Beach formerly known as Bucky Dent's Baseball School. |

The South Florida Hitmen finish 2nd Place in 11U SFTBL League Play.
Despite only being 9 & 10 years old...The South Florida Hitmen clawed their way to a 2nd Place finish in the 11 year old SFTBL Lake Worth 2013 League play. Teams can not under estimate the grit & determination these boys have to compete. Some 11U teams have even refused to play us, because we're only 10! Others have entered the games picking their line up and positions from a paper bag...thinking again...we're only 10! It doesn't take these teams long to pull out their A-Team and try to keep up...very few ever do though. We appreciate those teams who respect our boys for battling at the old age bracket.

In the 10U division, the South Florida Hitmen (Wellington, Florida) dominated their way to the title with two pool play wins by a combined score of 15-3 and then three straight wins in bracket play. Their final two games were against The Meteors out of Bradenton, Florida, and those games were anything but a walk.
In the first game, the Hitmen won 5-3. The Meteors came back the following day and defeated the St. Pete Thunder to set up the rematch with the Hitmen. Again, it was another close game, but the Hitmen won again 7-5 to claim the title. |

The South Florida Hitmen win yet another Championship as they defeated the South Florida Stealth 4-3 in one of the most exciting finals ever. Bottom of the 6th, South Florida Stealth at the plate, bases loaded, one out and the winning run on 2nd, the South Florida Hitmen never gave up. After a HUGE strike out at the plate for the 2nd out, the final play came down to a passed ball. Jackson Hugus (C) & Chandler Marsh (P) teamed up on a perfectly executed flip and tag out at home plate to give the South Florida Hitmen the final victory. Every player found a way to step up when called upon to contribute to this victory. From outstanding pitching and hitting, to fielding and base running, the South Florida Hitmen earned yet another victory in their quest to be one of the top 10U teams within the state. Great Job HITMEN!!

HITMEN win USSSA Stealth War by the Shore championship!

The Florida Hitmen 10U travel squad went undefeated this weekend and took home the Championship Trophy, in the USSSA Stealth War by the Shore Tournament in Lantana FL September 14-16. The team played dominating baseball against some of their local rivals as well as a strong Margate Pirates team. The HITMEN scored a whopping 41 runs and averaged over 10 runs per inning of play. Outscoring their opponents by more then 5 runs a game.

The South Florida Hitmen stand firm on the belief that PERFECT Practice makes PERFECT. So we have very high expectations of our players anytime they are on the field...especially when at practice. Our high paced, high intensity "workout style" practices follows the same agendas as some of the Biggest & Best Universities in the country. Standing around is not what we promote. We are looking for experienced, talented and dedicated players and parents with a passion to become better. Players must be able to come into the lineup and contribute immediately. All positions are open, Pitchers & Catchers are a plus.
